Bhubaneswar, August 14, 2026: One wheel of the front trolley of Train No. 68413 Talcher–Puri MEMU derailed at 13:22 hrs while entering Platform No.3 at Puri Railway Station.
All passengers were safely deboarded, and the train was quickly re-railed at 15:32 hrs. No injuries were reported and there was no impact on other train movements.
