Bhubaneswar, July 27, 2026:
In connection with safety related modernisation work in Tunnel No. 32 between Keutguda and Sikarpai in the Rayagada Division, two passenger trains will be cancelled on selected Wednesdays.
The following trains will remain cancelled on every Wednesday from 29th July to 12th August 2026.
• Train No. 58537 Koraput–Visakhapatnam Passenger
• Train No. 58538 Visakhapatnam–Koraput Passenger
The temporary cancellations are necessary to facilitate the safe execution of the tunnel strengthening work, which is aimed at improving the safety and long term reliability of railway infrastructure in the section.
