Bhubaneswar, 29th July, 2026
Due to Yard Remodeling works at Baleshwar Station in Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway in connection with Narayangarh-Bhadrak 3rd Line work, the following trains will be:
Short terminated and Short-originated
Train No. 68408 Bhubaneswar–Baleshwar MEMU will be short-terminated at Bhadrak, while Train No. 68407 Baleshwar–Bhubaneswar MEMU will be short-originated from Bhadrak during the period from 29th July 2026 to 11th August 2026. Accordingly, both trains will operate only between Bhubaneswar and Bhadrak during this period. Train No. 68407 will originate from Bhadrak instead of Baleshwar.
Diversion of Trains
• Train No. 12876 Anand Vihar Terminal–Puri Neelachal Express, commencing its journey on 28th July, 2nd August, 4th August and 7th August, 2026, will be diverted to run via Chandil Junction–Kandra–Sini–Rajkharsawan–Nayagarh–Jakhapura instead of its scheduled route via Chandil Junction–Tatanagar–Hijli–Balasore–Bhadrak–Jakhapura.
• Similarly, Train No. 22824 New Delhi–Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express, commencing its journey on 28th July, 4th August and 5th August, 2026, will also run via Chandil Junction–Kandra–Sini–Rajkharsawan–Nayagarh–Jakhapura in place of its existing route through Chandil Junction–Tatanagar–Hijli–Balasore–Bhadrak–Jakhapura.
• Train No. 22811 Bhubaneswar–New Delhi Rajdhani Express, commencing its journey on 29th July, 2nd August, 5th August and 9th August, 2026, will be diverted via Jakhapura–Nayagarh–Rajkharsawan–Sini–Kandra–Purulia–Rukni–Bhojudih–NSC Bose J Gomoh, instead of its normal route via Jakhapura–Bhadrak–Balasore–Hijli–Midnapore–Adra–NSC Bose J Gomoh.
• Likewise, Train No. 22823 Bhubaneswar–New Delhi Rajdhani Express, commencing its journey on 3rd August, 4th August and 7th August, 2026, will run via Jakhapura–Nayagarh–Rajkharsawan–Sini–Kandra–Chandil Junction, replacing its scheduled route through Jakhapura–Bhadrak–Balasore–Hijli–Tatanagar–Sini.
• Further, Train No. 12816 Anand Vihar Terminal–Puri Nandan Kanan Express, commencing its journey on 3rd August, 2026, will be diverted via NSC Bose J Gomoh–Bhojudih–Rukni–Purulia–Kandra–Sini–Rajkharsawan–Nayagarh–Jakhapura instead of its regular route via NSC Bose J Gomoh–Adra–Midnapore–Hijli–Balasore–Bhadrak–Jakhapura.
Rescheduling of trains
• Train No. 22823 Bhubaneswar–New Delhi Rajdhani Express will depart one hour later from Bhubaneswar on 30th and 31st July, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 22824 New Delhi–Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express will depart one hour later from New Delhi on 1st August, 2026.
• Train No. 22811 Bhubaneswar–New Delhi Rajdhani Express will leave one hour and thirty minutes later from Bhubaneswar on 2nd August, 2026, while Train No. 22812 New Delhi–Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express will be rescheduled by one hour and thirty minutes from New Delhi on 7th August, 2026.
• In addition, Train No. 12815 Puri–Anand Vihar Terminal Nandan Kanan Express will depart one hour later from Puri on 3rd, 5th and 6th August, 2026.
