He also interacted with passengers and catering stall staff and reviewed the quality of services being provided at the station. He stressed the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene, passenger amenities and customer satisfaction, while directing officials to address passenger concerns promptly and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The General Manager underscored the need for continuous monitoring of safety measures and passenger amenities to ensure safe, efficient and comfortable railway services. He advised officials to remain focused on passenger centric development and service excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shri D.
