This initiative brings the taste of India\u2019s diverse culinary heritage directly to passengers, allowing them to enjoy regional delicacies from the comfort of their train seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pramad.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-18-at-17.06.39-799x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4024\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers travelling on the 20101\/20102 Nagpur\u2013Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express can savour Maharashtra\u2019s Kanda Poha as well as South Indian Dondakaya Karam Podi Fry and Andhra Pradesh\u2019s Andhra Kodi Kura. Gujarati flavours are being served in the form of Methi Thepla on the 20901 MMCT\u2013GNC Vande Bharat Express and Masala Lauki on the 26902 SBIB\u2013VRL Vande Bharat Express. Odisha\u2019s Aloo Phulkopi is available on the 22895 Howrah\u2013Puri Vande Bharat Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pramad.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-18-at-17.07.22.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4025\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerala\u2019s traditional spread, including white rice, Pachakka Cherupayar Mezhukku Perati, Kadala Curry, Kerala Paratha, plain curd and Palada Payasam, along with Appam, is available on the 20633\/34 Kasargod\u2013Trivandrum Vande Bharat Express and the 20631\/32 Mangalore\u2013Trivandrum Vande Bharat Express, while West Bengal\u2019s Kosha Paneer is being served on the 20872 ROU\u2013HWH Vande Bharat Express and Aloo Potol Bhaja on the 22895 HWH\u2013PURI Vande Bharat Express.
